This is an excellently crafted analysis of three thriller openings. You have commented on all four technical elements and used sophisticated film language to communicate meaning that has been embedded in the sequences. You have also demonstrated clearly how the thriller genre (and subsequent sub-genre's) differ in how the stories are told on screen in ways to engage the audience.
